The Conditioned Environment team were hired by Maris to provide mechanical services for Zoopla’s new London offices.

Due to the company’s recent success, they undertook an extension and refurbishment of their headquarters in Copper Row, London to accommodate their growing team.

The 11 week project was undertaken across three floors and included modifying an existing air-conditioning system, installing a new air handling unit for filtering fresh air into the offices and adding high spec bathrooms on the first and basement floors including showers for employee use.

As a listed building the project team had strict requirements to adhere to – requiring council approval in order to maintain the aesthetic design of the original structure.

Zoopla and the project team worked closely with Maris to maintain the authenticity of this throughout the installations resulting in a high quality, unique workplace which demonstrated a strong brand presence and put the visiting experience at the heart of the design.
