Conditioned Environment delivered a full mechanical fit out of a multi-purpose office and performing arts space at Fordham University in London.

The team transformed the previous framework into a fully functional space.

The installation units included HVAC systems, brand new ventilation, show facilities and toilets – all of which were in line with the client’s specific requests.

During the process it was essential that this equipment was adapted to both moving and stationary activity taking place within a Performing Arts studio.

The physicality of the building proved a challenge for the team due to its low ceilings and existing structure.

Additionally, the nature of this project and its intended use as an education facility meant there were specific design requirements to be considered, such as the position of heating and cooling spaces.

Despite the complex design, this project was completed in 20 weeks, allowing smooth transition for the students and staff into this state-of-the-art space.
