Conditioned Environment delivered a full mechanical fit-out for Middle Eastern TV station in London.

The team installed new HVAC systems which included concealed ducted FCU’s on a Mitsubishi Electric VRF R2 system.

They also fitted new commercial plumbing units which included a new heat recovery system, AHU associated ducting as well as supplying new sanitary ware, sinks and taps for two new T points.

This was a challenging project, including working with a sloping roof, the noise level requirements for a TV studio, shallow ceiling voids and low beams from a new mezzanine floor.

Despite the complex design of this space, the project was completed on time with minimum snags and achieved the noise criteria of the space.
