Lee has overall responsibility for the financial performance of the company. He champions initiatives such as market leading customer service and the commitment to team development.

Lee is also responsible for the overall Health & Safety, HR and Compliance. He takes an active role in the business, working on a number of projects. His notable projects include the renewal of mechanical services at the Sanderson Hotel and the St Martin’s Lane Hotel in central London.

Arran's role involves leadership of the Pre Con team along with the company’s education, commercial and retail projects, playing a major role in acquiring and maintaining new and existing clients. He brings over 25 years’ experience in the mechanical engineering field.

During his career he has helped to build the company’s turnover and strategic planning to allow the company to grow and support its clients to deliver the very best projects. Arran has worked on a number of corner stone projects for the company including Kings Math Free School, London. The Walkie Talkie 20 Fenchurch, London. Channel 5 News Room, London.

Christian has been influential in the company’s shift of focus to the Design & Build industry, partnering with companies in this sector to design & install mechanical services for end users who are moving to new offices or refurbishing their existing space. Christian is jointly responsible for the companies’ impressive financial growth and strategic business progression.

With over 20 years’ experience, Christian’s notable projects include The Gherkin (client – AXA), Heron Tower (the client – Heron Tower) and 107 Cheapside (client – Hays Recruitment), together with his company knowledge and forward thinking, Christian is an invaluable member of the Board.

Khurram leads the design team in setting standards and procedures, to ensure that clients not only receive excellent pre-contract support, but that Conditioned Environment delivers a high level of accuracy and competence. With experience ranging from design, installation and commissioning, Khurram places great importance in adhering to the latest building regulations and sustainability standards in all areas.

Having worked for various mechanical design & build contractors and consultants, Khurram has successfully delivered projects from inception to CAT A & CAT B levels. These projects and clients include the Houses of Parliament, global banks, BBC and Gatwick Airport.

In addition to extensive industrial experience, Khurram holds a CEng MCIBSE Chartered Engineer qualification and is a member of CIBSE. He has a masters degree in Building Services Engineering with Sustainable Energy as well as qualifications in Business Management.

Rob is responsible for planning and managing all construction activities. He has responsibility for ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
